HALLOWELL — Healthy Communities of the Capital Area has hired Anna Pellerin as substance use prevention coordinator and Isabelle Stevens as tobacco prevention coordinator.
Pellerin and Stevens will be responsible for planning and implementing policy, systems and environmental change strategies with community partners to address tobacco and substance use.
Pellerin, a recent graduate of Clark University, brings a background in mental health and nonprofit leadership.
Stevens has a background in local government and coalition work supporting a variety of public health initiatives.
