Jeremiah Quigley scored 24 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as short-handed Binghamton earned a 74-67 win over Maine in an America East men’s basketball game Saturday in Binghamton, New York.
Maine (8-22, 6-9 America East) erased most of a 15-point deficit with a 14-0 run late in the second half, but two 3-pointers by Jackson Begnini helped the Bearcats (8-23, 4-12) hold on. Binghamton had only six healthy players, three of whom played the entire game.
Mekhi Gray led Maine with 19 points. Ace Flagg and Ryan Mabrey both scored 12 and Keelan Steele had 10.
The Black Bears end their regular season Tuesday at home against UMass Lowell.
