WATERVILLE – Lemuel Charles Kimball, 47, passed away on April 10, 2026 from a lung infection.

He was born on Sept. 23, 1978, in Waterville, Maine to Lemuel Porter and Cynthia Mae (Wentworth) Kimball.

Lemuel lived in Vassalboro, until moving to Starks, with his family in 1989. He attended schools in Madison, where he met his wife.

He spent most of his adulthood doing carpentry, He then started his company, Quality Under the Sun, in 2021. He loved Canning, Cooking, Camping, Fishing and his favorite thing was Bird Hunting with his Dad.

Lemuel is survived by his parents Lemuel and Cynthia Kimball of Starks; his wife Melisa K. Kimball of Waterville; his children Lemuel Kimball of Waterville, Brianna Kimball, whom he shared his birthday with, her fiance Jacob Lawrence, and his only grandchild Braxton Lawrence of Anson; his sisters, Heidi Harris and her husband Nelson of Starks, Deborah Ashby and her husband Lawrence Jr. of Starks, Sandra Frith and her husband Gene of Embden; mother-in-law JoAnn Aponte of New Haven, Conn.; brother-in-law Darin Aponte of Waterville; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be at his parents, 13 Kimball Ln. Starks, Maine, on May 31, 2026 at 11 a.m.
