I support Hannah Pingree for governor because I believe she has the experience, intelligence and leadership skills that Maine requires for a brighter future.
I met Pingree during her work as co-chair of the Maine Climate Council. I observed firsthand as she worked collaboratively with varied interest groups to reach consensus on the innovative Maine Climate Action Plan.
I support Pingree’s priorities for the state: addressing the rising cost of living, including the providing more affordable housing and healthcare, protecting Maine’s environment and economic development to provide good-paying jobs in order that we may retain and
attract a talented workforce.
I encourage Maine voters to review Pingree’s public service record, which qualifies her to be our next governor. Also, please review her policy proposals that will advance Maine’s future. Finally, I encourage everyone to vote for Hannah Pingree for governor in the June 9 primary.
