Oxford Hills pitcher Kyeria Morse, Cheverus outfielder Hailey Lamontagne, and Windham shortstop and pitcher Addie Caiazzo are among 13 players who were announced as finalists for the Miss Maine Softball award Saturday afternoon.
The list also includes York first baseman Maddie Fitzgerald, Buckfield shortstop Chloee Bennett, Wells shortstop/outfielder Payton Fazzina, Lawrence catcher Ashley Shores, Dirigo shortstop Nikole Turnbull, Old Orchard Beach pitcher Hannah Webber, Penobscot Valley pitcher Lauren Veino, Narraguagus pitcher Natalie Stanwood, Orono pitcher Jillian Severance and Old Town shortstop Natalie Fournier.
Morse (KVAC Class A), Shores (KVAC B) and Fitzgerald (WMC) won conference Player of the Year awards last year.
The winner will be announced June 24 at the Maine Senior All-Star Games at Saint Joseph’s College.
