As if our president did not have more important things to do — like end his war of choice that is costing Americans billions and wreaking havoc on the world economy — he selfishly decided to attend an NBA Finals game at Madison Square Garden with an entourage, disrupting rush-hour traffic in New York City and inconveniencing those with tickets to the game.
These ticket holders had to arrive two hours early. The president inconvenienced the many fans who wanted to attend a watch party outside the Garden, and the many local businesses counting on business from fans that night. What an inconvenience, all to massage his inflated ego.
Despite the continuing conflict in the Middle East and the worst inflation numbers in years, he’s attending games and pitching a big top on the White House lawn for a UFC fight. Wow, talk about misplaced priorities.
