Firefighters were working to extinguish an “all hands” fire that broke out Sunday morning at Fiber Materials Inc. in Biddeford
Biddeford Fire Department received the call at 7:15 and responded to the scene at 5 Morin St. shortly after. At 8 a.m., they requested additional assistance, and extinguished the flames by 12:45 p.m.
The entire Biddeford Fire Department responded with help from Arundel, Saco, Goodwin Mills and Kennebunk. Scarborough Fire covered additional calls in Biddeford during the incident, officials said.
Morin Street was closed from Drapeau Street to Prexcourt Street, but has since reopened, officials said.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
