WATERVILLE — Pavement upgrade projects for Drummond Avenue and Ticonic Street will commence in the next two weeks. Drummond Avenue will be reclaimed, involving grinding and reshaping of travel lanes and shoulders, and Ticonic Street will be planed and leveled, according to a news release. Both roads will be resurfaced with new pavement towards the end of June or early July. All work is weather dependent.
