IN SKOWHEGAN, Tuesday at 12:59 a.m., Dennis Patrick Stewart, 43, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of domestic-violence assault, violating conditions of release and criminal mischief.
4:04 a.m., Kendra April Parlin, 41, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a charge of violating a protection order.
