Among the fresh, committed and energetic people bringing talent and passion to this community is Corey Wilson, Republican candidate for Augusta’s House District 56.
Wilson is ready, willing and able to serve. As a sergeant in the Marine Corps, he served us honorably with two combat tours in Iraq. Now, he is campaigning to serve us as a true public servant — not just a politician.
Some time ago, I was honored to serve as a state representative from Augusta.
Admittedly, I still feel a fondness for my former constituents — I remember their gardens, passions and dogs. I want them well-taken care of. I feel Wilson will do this.
Beholden to no one, he has promised me to never, ever go even close to an unethical line. I think he may be intimidated by the infamous “mother’s eye.”
I urge others to join me in electing Wilson.
