Baker, 29, of Randolph, was arrested on a warrant, and Christopher James Kjersgard, 24, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of domestic-violence assault, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, by police responding to a report of a domestic disturbance on Spring Street.
