WATERVILLE — The Spectrum Generations Family Caregiver Program will conduct two six-week sessions of the Savvy Caregiver Program at the Muskie Community Center.

The first session will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Mondays, Jan. 23 through March 5. The second session will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Mondays, March 19 through April 23. There is no cost to attend. The training is designed for family caregivers of people with cognitive loss.

Each session includes training, activities and discussion. Caregivers will be given reading and practice assignments to complete. For more information or to register, call 800-282-0764, ext. 127.
