MOSCOW — There will be a public hearing to discuss a proposed update to the Flood Management Ordinance at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, at the Town Hall.

A special town meeting has been set for 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, at the Town Hall to adopt the ordinance.
