11:38 a.m., criminal mischief was reported on Elm Street.
2:19 p.m., a drug offense was reported on Leighton Street.
3:25 p.m., a theft was reported on King Street.
11:51 p.m., three juveniles from Greene, North Turner and Turner were charged with minor consuming liquor, at Elm Plaza.
Thursday at 12:39 a.m., an intoxicated person was reported on The Concourse.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 8:45 a.m., Michael McKeown, 29, of 20 Kennebec St., arrested on a warrant, on  College Avenue.
Thursday at 1:26 a.m., David McCaslin Sr., 71, of Appleton Street, arrested on a charge of operating with expired license over 90 days.
4:30 a.m., James Beaulieu, 27, of 69 Ford Drive, Apt. 2, arrested on a warrant, on Elm Street.
