Vose Library plans to continue its Vose or Virtual Wednesday series with a talk by Katherine Langelier about her organic farm.

The talk is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, via Zoom.

Langelier, the founder and CEO of Herbal Revolution Farm + Apothecary, will share ways to stay healthy and vital using herbs and foods, as people transition from the late winter months into the early spring. She will focus on using herbs and foods that grow or can be locally sourced, according to a news release from the Union library.

She oversees four acres of medicinal herb production on her certified organic farm. She uses all the herbs and vegetables grown on the farm to create Herbal Revolution’s products.

Langelier is the author of “Herbal Revolution: 65+ Recipes for Teas, Elixirs, Tinctures, Syrups, Foods + Body Products That Heal,” released in 2020.

She has studied clinical herbalism with David Winston, Leslie Alexander and Leslita Williams, and has spent 25 years following her passion for organic farming, herbal medicine and community wellness .

Closed captioning will be available.
