ANSON — Three people are running to fill the selectman seat vacated by Darrol Bartlett.

Douglas Cahill, Brenda Garland and Philip Turner submitted the required number of 25 to 75 signatures by 4 p.m. on Monday, said Carol Ryan, town clerk, bookkeeper and secretary for the town.

Residents will vote Nov. 8. After elections, the winning candidate will serve until the March town meeting, when Bartlett’s term would have expired.

Elections for the full three-year term will be in March. Bartlett resigned for health reasons.
