St. Giles Jefferson’s annual fundraising fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 30, at the 72 Gardiner Road church.
Major features will include lunches and snacks from a local food truck, a quilt raffle, a pie sale, a country cupboard booth, a garden center, and children’s activities.
Crafters and other vendors or organizations can rent a table for $25, first come, first served.
After making a reservation, people can send their payment to St. Giles Church, P.O. Box 34, Jefferson, ME 04348, or drop it off in a labeled envelope at Country Corners, 184 Main St. in Coopers Mills.
Partial proceeds from the event go to organizations the church supports, including continued support for the Jefferson Area Community Food Pantry.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
