The Central Maine Garden Club is offering grants to create flower gardens throughout Waterville, Winslow and the surrounding communities.
Grants will be awarded to volunteers involved in developing and maintaining flower gardens in their communities.
There is no set number of grants to be awarded.
The submission deadline in April 11.
Awards are scheduled to be made on Tuesday, April 18; checks will be processed at the end of April.
Awards will be made annually, and gardeners may reapply every year.
