HINCKLEY — Frog Day events will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, at the L.C. Bates Museum.
Participants can learn to identify frogs by their sounds, visit the pond with nets in hand to examine the habitat, look at frog skulls, bones, puzzles and tracks. Crafts will be available to make and take home.
Participants are encouraged to dress for the muddy pond and bring lots of wetland and frog questions. The program will happen rain or shine. Admission cost $3 for adults and $1 for children.
