FAIRFIELD — The Dance Connection Dance Team recently competed at Starquest Regionals in Concord, N.H.

Briana Oliver received a High Gold Award, a costume award and special award for hair for her tap solo “Counting Stars”. A Team Jazz “Applause” received a High Gold placement and special award for Outstanding Accents. A Team Tap “Wake Me Up” received a High Gold Placement. B Team Jazz “Slow Down” received a Gold Placement and special award for Excited Expressions. B Team Tap “Need Your Love” received a High Gold placement.

The team also placed 4th and 5th overall in their division.

Jr. Team (all dancers are new to competition) received High Gold and First Place overall in their division.
