PALMYRA — Spectrum Generations will host a free Caregiver 101 workshop from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 10, at Martin’s Episcopal Church, 900 Main St. Training is open to anyone who would like more information about family caregiving, caregiver burnout and available resources.
