WATERVILLE — The city asks that the Concourse and downtown be kept clear of parking from midnight to 6 a.m. Friday, Feb. 28, to allow for snow cleanup by the Public Works Department.
Overnight parking is permitted at the Head of Falls Municipal Parking Lot.
