Mineral Springs is an inclusive new neighborhood in Cumberland designed to create a community as lasting as the historic town that it’s in. 72 new units will be an equal mix of affordable and market rate homes. On the shared, 37-acre property will be walking trails, a sports court, play area and peaceful pond. There will be two phases of construction, with first move-in dates projected for late summer.

Five affordable models will be available, and right now you can reserve The Onyx on Lot 7 ($469,900) or The Linwood on Lot 12 ($505,000). Affordable resale restrictions will remain on the property for 30 years, and estimated HOA fees will be $175 monthly.

The Onyx is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, single-level home with an open kitchen, living and dining room. The primary bedroom suite has a private bathroom and walk-in closet, with more thoughtful storage like a pantry and closet by the entry, and two linen closets by the shared bathroom.

The Linwood would be a great fit for a household with a busy day: two floors, with the main living spaces downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs along with the laundry and linen closet. The primary has its own full, private bath and walk-in closet. Relax on the front porch or out on a back patio with beautiful wooded views.

Cumberland is a beloved town in Maine, known for its great schools and beautiful landscape. Mineral Springs is right in the middle of it, between Sebago Lake and Casco Bay, and then Portland is just a 20-minute drive to the south.
