
Defending Class A champion Bangor is No. 1 in the Varsity Maine girls soccer poll for the second week in a row. The Rams have tightened their grip on the top spot, adding an additional first-place vote and increasing their lead from eight points last week to 15 points. Bangor has outscored its three opponents 22-1 this season.
Camden Hills jumped from fifth to second place. Gorham is third and received the second-most first-place votes, with two.
Falmouth, unranked last week, is now fifth.
The Varsity Maine girls soccer poll is based on games played before Sept. 16, 2025. The top 10 teams are voted on by the Varsity Maine staff, with first-place votes in parentheses, followed by total points.
