WATERVILLE — Children and families are encouraged to celebrate spring by making a piece of wearable art from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 19, at the Waterville Public Library.
The Spring Bonnet Contest is an annual event in which artists of all ages are encouraged to arrive with a bonnet already made or to make one on the spot. All contestants will win prizes and all ages are encouraged to enter.
The event is a collaboration between the Wesserunsett Arts council and the Waterville Public Library.
