I want to express my appreciation to my local Healthy Maine Partnership, Healthy Communities of the Capital Area, for making the Kennebec River Rail Trail smoke free. Without this work being done, I would not be using the rail trail because of secondhand smoke. The last two summers, I have been able to freely run without having the effects of secondhand smoke.
