RANGELEY — Timmy White scored 16 points to lead the Rangeley boys basketball team to a 52-46 win over Vinalhaven on Wednesday.

Kyle LaRochelle scored 13 points, while Orrin Mitchell added nine for the Lakers (6-11).

Cody Hamilton scored 13 points for the Vikings (8-7).

MADISON 56, BOOTHBAY 45: Madison limited Boothbay to four points in the second quarter to take a 10-point lead at halftime and never looked back.

Derek Leblanc led Madison (15-3) with 14 points. Nick Morales added 12 for the Bulldogs. Abel Bryer led the Seahawks (15-2) with 14 points, while John Hepburn chipped in with 13.

LAWRENCE 50, BANGOR 48: Dustin Simpson-Bragg scored 22 points to lead the Bulldogs to a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A win over the Rams in Fairfield.

RANGELEY 72, VINALHAVEN 21: Seve Deery-DeRaps scored 21 points to lead the Lakers to a victory over the Vikings in Rangeley.

Taylor Esty scored 14 points, while Blayke Morin added 12 points for the Lakers (17-0).
