TROY — State police are investigating the death of a Troy man discovered in his home overnight.
Steven Hodgdon, 49, was found in his home on 188 Rutland Road by Waldo County Sheriff’s Office deputies after they were called to the residence around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, according to a news release by state police spokesman Stephen McCausland.
Hodgdon lived at the home with his teenage son, who is staying with relatives, McCausland said.
An autopsy is scheduled for Sunday at the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Augusta.
