AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced Thursday in separate cases in Augusta District and Kennebec County Superior courts in the Capital Judicial Center.

• David Carr Jr., 22, of Bangor, terrorizing and failure to appear in court on criminal summons and harassment by telephone May 13-14, 2014, in Bangor and theft and violating condition of release May 20, 2014, in Brewer; nine-month jail sentence, credit for nine months time served.

• Amber A. Chaplin, 24, of Pittston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug March 30, 2013, in Monmouth; $500 fine, $140 restitution.

• Brandon Lee Darveau, 22, of Sidney, assault Sept. 17, 2013, in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, one year probation; violating condition of release Nov. 5, 2013, in Augusta, seven-day jail sentence, credit for seven days served.

• Nathan M. Feix, 26, of Vassalboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Dec. 6, 2014, in Winslow; $400 fine.

• Philip J. Fitzherbert, 30, of Litchfield, criminal mischief April 27, 2014, in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence, all suspended, six months’ administrative release.

• David P. Garceau, 46, of Fairfield; operating under the influence Aug. 23, 2014, in Waterville; 48-hour jail sentence, $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.

• Desiree V. Gerrior, 33, of South China, operating while license suspended or revoked Sept. 11, 2014, in Windsor; $500 fine.

• Leroy Eugene Gove, 55, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 6, 2014, and violating condition of release Feb. 28, 2015, both in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence concurrent with another sentence; $80 restitution.

• Alex J. Henson, 22, of Winthrop, operating under the influence Nov. 22, 2014, in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence, $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.

• Eben J. Kenney, 28, of Gardiner, driving to endanger June 8, 2014, in China; seven-day jail sentence, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.

• Elizabeth A. Munster, 33, of Manchester, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violation of condition of release Jan. 23, 2014, in Waterville; theft by unauthorized taking and violation of condition of release Nov. 6, 2014, in Augusta; and unlawful possession of oxycodone and violation of condition of release Jan. 16, 2015, in Manchester; three-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation, $800 in fines, $1,500 restitution.

• Dede A. Reynolds-Kasevich, 46, failure to report to jail and violation of conditions of release June 20, 2014, in Augusta; theft and violation of conditions of release Aug. 4, 2014, in Waterville; 15-month prison sentence.
