IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 4:42 a.m., Melvin Hubbard IV, 18, of 50 Silver St., Apt. 3, was arrested on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, violating condition of release and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

9:39 a.m., Carroll J. Caron, 57, of 89 Pleasant St., Apt. 305, was arrested on Pleasant Street on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs.

11:32 p.m., Jonathan Savage, 35, of 49 Elm St., Apt. 2, was arrested on four warrants on Spring Street.

IN WINSLOW, Saturday at 7:21 p.m., Jesse Jay Goldrup, 37, of Poulin Street, was arrested on Benton Avenue on a charge of operating under the influence and operating vehicle without license.
