Pine Grove Programs, which has provided free outdoor activity events on a regular basis to thousands of veterans and active military since 1976, will hold its first fundraiser, a Dinner and Theater Combo, with Luck of the Draw auction, Tuesday, July 14, at Lakewood Restaurant and Theater in Madison. Social hour is from 5 to 6 p.m., with dinner from 6 to 7 p.m., followed by a play.

Dinner will be served banquet style at each table. Dessert will be served during intermission and is free for all who attend the play.

The production for the evening will be “One Blue Tarp,” a “hilarious play about how we Mainah’s love our blue tarps, and will protect our freedom to use them,” according to the release.

Reservations for dinner are required; tickets for the play without dinner can be purchased in advance or at the door. The cost for theater only is $25; dinner/theater $55; and couple combo $95.
