The Waterville City Charter seeks applicants for an Ethics Committee to be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. The committee shall consist of seven members who are residents of the city, who will be charged with the initial development and periodic review of an ordinance defining the code of ethical conduct of elected and appointed city officials, as well as employees of the city.

Elected officials and their immediate family members are not permitted to be members of this committee.
