Amy Schumer, star of the summer comedy blockbuster “Trainwreck,” is scheduled to bring her stand-up act to Portland’s Cross Insurance Arena on Nov. 7.

Schumer is one of the hottest comedic performers right now. Besides starring in a movie that has grossed more than $130 million worldwide, she recently signed a multimillion-dollar deal to write a memoir. It’s tentatively titled “The Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo.”

She is also the creator and star of “Inside Amy Schumer,” for which she won an Emmy Award this year.

“Trainwreck” starred Schumer as a woman afraid of commitment and filling her life with alcohol and one-night stands. It co-stars Bill Hader.

Tickets for Schumer’s Portland shows will go on sale Friday at noon and can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com, at the arena box office or at 775-3458.

The arena is located at Spring and Center streets in Portland.
