OAKLAND — The 10th annual 4th of July Boat parade around McGraw Pond will start at 3 p.m. Monday, July 4, at Pleasant Point Park on McGrath Pond.

Decorate boats, Jetski’s, kayak or anything that moves on the water are welcome to participate.
