Winslow and Waterville public libraries have joined forces to bring children’s performer Mr. Harley to Maine for a free family concert at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 27, at Fort Halifax Park.

He will return with his band, The Strollers, for a musical morning on the waterfront in Winslow.

Families are encouraged to bring blankets and even a picnic brunch. In case of rain, the concert will be moved to Winslow Junior High School auditorium, 6 Danielson St., Winslow.
