7:56 p.m., a 26-year-old Pittston man was issued a summons on Union Street charging him with operating while license suspended or revoked.

8:18 p.m., one person was arrested on Western Avenue on a charge of theft/shoplifting.

9:12 p.m., a 28-year-old Jay man was issued a summons on Bangor Street charging him with operating under the influence and attaching false plates.
