ST. ALBANS — The Misty Mountaineers Band will perform a two-hour bluegrass music concert starting at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at the “Mother Church” of country music, the St. Albans Maine Town Hall.
The group that originated in St. Albans in 1975 range from straight Bluegrass to gospel, swing and older styled country tunes. This is the first time in several years they have had the opportunity to return to this venue.
Doors open at 6 p.m., tickets cost $10 for adults, $18 for any two people, and is free for those younger than 15. Refreshments will be sold and a 50/50 raffle will be held with proceeds going to the building fund.
