AUGUSTA — A jury cleared a Scarborough man of a charge of operating under the influence following a one-day trial Tuesday at the Capital Judicial Center.

Corey J. Toderico, 29, had been charged with that offense April 3 in Waterville. He also was charged with violating conditions of release that same day.

The Kennebec County District Attorney’s Office indicated it would file a dismissal of the latter charge.

The verdict was returned just before 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Toderico was represented by defense attorney Darrick Banda. The prosecutor was Assistant District Attorney Kristin Murray-James.
