AUGUSTA — A jury on Friday cleared a Winthrop man of a drunken driving charge.
Robert A. Dupuis, 55, had been on trial for two days at the Capital Judicial Center when the jury returned the verdict of not guilty.
According to the complaint, Dupuis was stopped June 16, 2016, in Winthrop.
Dupuis was represented by attorney Darrick Banda. The prosecutor was Assistant District Attorney Tyler LeClair.
