Inside voting booths at the Farmington Community Center on Tuesday, Rachel and Ryan Decker cast their ballots as their son Cameron reaches over to see what his mother is doing. Ryan Decker said that although he thinks education is important, he voted against the RSU 9 school budget due to increased spending requests. He said the school needs increases but not the funding sources. "There needs to be a balance," Decker said.
