ARRESTS

Sunday at 12:51 p.m., Joshua R. Wescott, 23, of Windsor, was arrested and charged with domestic violence terrorizing after criminal mischief was reported on Mount Vernon Avenue.

11:02 p.m., Joseph G.A. Munster, III, 36, a transient, was arrested on five warrants and was also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release after a pedestrian check on Water Street.
