A man died in a single car crash in Lebanon early Saturday.

Brian Leclair, 28, of Acton was the sole occupant of a vehicle which crashed on Emery Mills Road at 1:30 a.m., Steve McCausland, spokesman for Maine Department of Safety, said in a press release.

The sedan slammed into a tree, sending the vehicle onto its side. The vehicle was heavily damaged. Troopers said speed and heavy fog were factors in the crash. Leclair was wearing his seat belt and died of head injuries.
