Snow Pond Center for the Arts recently announced it was awarded a $1,500 grant from the Kennebec Valley Tourism Council in to support of a combined partnership that promotes tourism to all of the Kennebec Valley Region.
In an effort to draw visitors to a wide array of performing arts events in the Kennebec Valley, Snow Pond, in conjunction with the Kennebec Valley Tourism Council, will launch a regional radio campaign, “Fine Arts Friday,” in partnership with TownSquare Media.
Fine Arts Friday will focus on offering potential visitors a sense of the many events happening in the region, enticing them to travel and stay. The goal is to ultimately use this as a branding initiative to continue to identify the Kennebec Valley region as an arts destination for all.
