Angela Hopkins, 32, was charged with operating after suspension two times in less than an hour. A police report indicates Hopkins was initially pulled over for speeding in the Hannaford parking lot off Windsor Road. Troopers allowed Hopkins to park the car and seek a ride, but about 30 minutes later she was spotted driving a different vehicle on Windsor Road. Hopkins was again charged with operating after suspension and the car was towed.

Daniel Cooley, 26, was arrested on Church Hill Road on charges of operating under the influence of drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs by police responding to a report of an erratic driver on Interstate 295.

Lance Hustus, 24, of Randolph, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of oxycodone and violation of conditions of release during a traffic stop on Winthrop Street.
At 7:33 p.m., Kendall Alan Purnell, 26, of Oakland, was arrested on a warrant at the Motel 6 on Edison Drive.
Chelsea
Sept. 3
Two people were stopped during a traffic stop. Todd Lunt, 36, of Chelsea, was arrested during a traffic stop and charged with unlawful possession of heroin, operating after habitual offender revocation and violating conditions of release. Bonnie Gilmore, 28, a passenger in the car, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release for alleged drug use. Lunt’s mother, Lillian Carver, 57, was issued a summons charging her with permitting unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

Jeffrey Wattson, 50, was arrested on two warrants in the parking lot of Tobey’s General Store.
