A Massachusetts native, he graduated from the University of Maine in 1999 with a BA in Journalism. He also worked at the Republican-American (Waterbury, Connecticut) and Eagle-Tribune (Lawrence, Massachusetts). In his free time, he enjoys adventures with his family, reading and a good game of cribbage.
