She graduated from Brown University in 2022, where she took classes in journalism while majoring in History and Classics. While at Brown she managed a comedy publication and interned with The Boston Globe’s Rhode Island bureau. A native to England, Zara now lives in Waterville.

Body recovered from Seboeis Lake after Bradford man’s snowmobile breaks through ice
Allen Cole Jr., 74, was ice fishing Friday afternoon with his dog when his snowmobile broke through the ice, according to the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. It was the second such incident in a little more than a week in Maine.
