Neighbors and friends are remembering missing toddler Ayla Reynolds Thursday, what would have been her third birthday.

A food drive is under way this month as part of an effort to draw continued awareness about missing toddler Ayla Reynolds, coinciding with her third birthday on April 4.

WATERVILLE — The maternal family of missing toddler Ayla Reynolds has broken its silence regarding a January meeting with investigators.
