LEWISBURG, Pa. — Two local students were presented degrees on May 23 at Bucknell University’s 171st commencement. Erin Holmes of Gray earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration in markets, innovation and design. Owen Concaugh of Oakland earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.
