Liu graduates from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
MADISON, Wis. — Yitong Liu of Pittsfield received a degree from the College of Letters and Science, Bachelor of Arts, French and Physics, during a virtual commencement ceremony on Dec. 13 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The ceremony, forced online because of the coronavirus pandemic, was for doctoral, bachelor’s, master’s and law graduates.
Pittsfield Elks make $3,500 donation to food cupboard
The Sebasticook Valley Elks Lodge in Pittsfield recently made a donation of $3,500 to the food cupboard on behalf of the Elks National Foundation.
