Parents of man slain in Manchester seek compensation from victims’ fund for funeral, counseling

John C. Wray, III, 42, was charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

Jonathan Cayford was the driver in a November 2015 crash in Starks that killed Clint J. Briggs.

Mark A. Kennedy, 47, remains behind bars in lieu of $400,000 bail.

Michael C. Swift, 29, also was charged with operating under the influence early Friday morning.
